Once you sign up for our services, we will send you via email: 
 1. A preferred call schedule for you to fill out, sign and complete.  You may also choose whether this will be a standing call schedule, or the frequency of change.  If your schedule changes weekly, we will email you on each friday, to fill out a call schedule for the following week. 
 2.We will also send you a blank "change of wake up service time" form for future use.  This is to be used in cases when your schedule changes in the middle of the week, or during those times when things come up and your requested service time needs to change before the following week.   
  3.We will also send you a copy of our terms of service, outlining our responsibility and commitment to you. 
Once returned, we will send you a bill electronically.  You can pay securely online, or put in the mail.  
  Once payment and call preferences are received, those who pay online can begin service right away.  
Payments by check will be held until funds have cleared before service begins.  
Billing: Invoices are sent on the 20th of each month, and due prior to the first day of the following month in advance. First month's services is pro-rated, depending upon the plan you choose.  There are no contracts  and no minimum length of service.  You may cancel at any time. 
When you sign up, you will be asked to pay a pro-rated amount for the month to begin your service. On the following billing cycle, you will receive an invoice for the amount of the plan you choose, and any overages charges, at a rate of .50 per call that occurred prior to the cut-off date for that month.  You will always receive an itemized statement of all services.
